On Delhi’s footpath, Sikh doctors and paramedics medically assist the poor every morning

Even as world leaders foment the divisive powers of race and use religion as a political tool, ordinary citizens are doing the work that the Gods and gurus would actually want them to do – help those who are less fortunate than themselves.

In what is yet another win for humanity and a clear reminder that ordinary human beings are actually a loving race, Sikh Paramedics, Doctors and volunteers sit outside Gurdwara Sahib Sis Ganj, Delhi every morning to clean the wounds, apply bandages, and give medicine to the poor and those in need.

That’s not all, though. These kind souls also serve warm tea which is an absolute blessing in this cold weather!
The news was shared by Harjinder Singh Kukreja on micro-blogging social media site Twitter and it was immediately re-tweeted and liked by thousands.
